Serge Bodson's butcher's shop has been a craft business since 1992. Its strikingly ornate facade attracts customers.

For more than 20 years, the Dubois butcher shop has also offered a tailor-made catering service , specializing in all types of grilled meat.

With his experience as a butcher in his uncle's family business, Serge decided to open his own butcher shop in the small town of Durbuy.

Butcher Bodson has made a name for himself over the years in the field of Ardennes cured meats. Now it is the turn of the next generation to take up the torch, Maxime and Guillaume, the two sons, and continue the family traditions.
