Hugo from bakery Goiris is the developer of the Genker regional product, the 'Genk biscuits'.
He was very thoughtful and sought contact with friends and acquaintances from Greece, Turkey and Italy, searched for authentic cookie recipes, gave it his own twist.
Hugo tasted and let us taste until he had exactly what he wanted: four biscuits, each with their own typical taste: the Findikli (Turkish), the Kourabiéthes (Greek), the Cantucc(ini) (Italian) and Pallet des dames (Belgian).
