“Atelier Bien Soigné is a bit of a candy store for foodies. You look around and actually want to taste everything.” This is how Frederik Saen describes the extension of his restaurant Bien Soigné. But you have to make an effort to discover this paradise. The atelier is located behind the restaurant at the end of a long corridor behind the black gate, where the cheese shop Warmenbol used to be. In the display case, there are about ten dishes that you can buy by the portion.

“Although people talk a lot about slowing down, everyone still wants a quality and tasty meal without spending too much time on it. That’s what we want to ensure.” A number of exclusive products and selected wines are also offered. The shop is run by Jacqueline, Frederik's wife, who herself is busy pampering guests in his restaurant Bien Soigné.
