This walk starts at the le Roannay & le Périgny holiday homes of the Lodomez family ("vakantiehuis.be"). Very nicely decorated chalets at the end of a dead-end street in Xhoffraix. This walk allows you to descend to the Warche. Follow this river towards Malmedy (SW) until you reach "La Carrière de la Warche." Then a steep climb awaits to step back in an easterly direction towards Xhoffraix. A large part of the route is marked by a "green duck". After about 8 km, you will pass "Ruelle Adam" where you can find Chez Remy. It is definitely worthwhile for a warm drink or a refreshing local beer after the invigorating walk. Good luck.
PS. Of course, this walk can also be started at the central square of Xhoffraix.
