Antwerp Central Station? This is the most beautiful station in the world:
http://www.hln.be/hln/nl/1901/reisnieuws/article/detail/2007470/2014/7/25/antwerpen-centraal-weer-mooiste-station-ter-wereld.dhtml
Brussels Central: This is the most central station in Belgium.
And in between:
The Fiets-O-Strade from Antwerpen-Centraal zuidwaaards to Brussel-Centraal. (parts or reverse routes can be easily followed (e.g. Mechelen-Antwerp).
Between the two largest cities in Flanders a bicycle highway! If you only want a single ride: take the return ride by train...

Up-to-date easy to drive.
June 13: drive-in and big party!
Between Antwerp and Mechelen, the route is fairly fixed:
As well as the Canaan route from Brussels to Vilvoorde.
Between Vilvoorde and Mechelen it is still kofiedik kijken, so the classic cycle paths are taken (which do NOT meet the standards of a Fiets-O-Strade).

At the rehabilitated areas of Forges de Clabeck in Vilvoorde, these areas along the Senne are not yet taken as a cycle path. these are walkable, but with the Bicycle a certain part is rather heavy.

Between Vilvoorde Watersite and Buda, not the left bank but the right bank is taken: This deviation from; the actual Canal Route is, in my opinion, a strong improvement: It is for the most part 100% traffic-free. A scary disadvantage is that the last part of the industrial area (waste company) currently still has a concesion on the quays, so that one gate on the side of the Buda bridge is closed between 18:30h and 7:00h (= reason why the canal route is on the left bank Canal ...). Between this gate and the Zeekanaal you can step along the fence and continue your way (see the POI).

After passing the back of the Palace and the Vergotedok in Brussels along the canal, one arrives at the northwestern tip of the pentagon Brussels center. There, the Canal Route (Koolmijnenkaai) is taken until the next bridge, after which the pentagon is entered, and is driven via the Baksteenkaai and the Grote Markt. A little further on, the route ends at the Europe crossroads where the Central Station in Brussels is located.

Sources (unfortunately almost mostly not up-to-date):
The data of the province of Antwerp are taken into account

However, this route is 100% correctly recorded on-the-field and up to date. The maps of the higher authorities are not correct on that point (usually heeded, or just wrong).

If you are not cycling to work or something, you are adventurous, and you want to know how the bicycle highway runs best between Mechelen and the Buda bridge Brussels (i.e. SAFE, CAR-FREE, fast, as weining as possible traffic lights and intersections), look at this route: https://www.routeyou.com/nl/route/view/1984999/fietsroute/colomabrug-tot-budabrug-van-tangent-mechelen-over-buurtweg26-tot-brussel.nl
Keep your city bike at home, take your MTB, or walk down the route, then you can make the combination of both routs: From Antwerp-Central to Mechelen Tangent and from Eppegem Brusselsesteenweg on the Senne, take this "Fiets-O-Strade Antwerp-Brussels". In between, you take the middle piece from https://www.routeyou.com/nl/route/view/1984999/fietsroute/colomabrug-tot-budabrug-van-tangent-mechelen-over-buurtweg26-tot-brussel.nl. This part is currently still partly unpaved, you have to clamber over the E19 via railway line 27b, and at the Zennesluizen in Eppegem you have to hook your bike 2x over a fence and pass the closure. This piece is therefore currently only adventurous, and UNSUITABLE for commuting.
Should you want to be even more convinced of the mega-advantages of this intermediate piece: Once constructed, the actually safest and fastest route, read these files: http://wmin.be/FeWE19/
