The Milseburgtunnel is a railway tunnel of the former railway line Götzenhof–Wüstensachsen near the Milseburg mountain in the Hessian part of the Rhön. The 1173 meter long tunnel is now part of the converted Milseburgradweg railway line.
The Milseburgtunnel is located in the Fulda district and passes under the northern slope of the Oberbernhardser Höhe, a northern foothill of the Milseburg mountain, which rises about 1.5 kilometers south of the tunnel. Within the Hessian Rhön Nature Park, it lies in the Rhön Biosphere Reserve at the highest point of the former Rhön railway line from Fulda to Hilders or Tann.
