St. Clemens is a Catholic parish church in Rheda, North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany. The church and parish belong to the Rheda-Herzebrock-Clarholz pastoral association in the Archdiocese of Paderborn.
When the parish grew immensely after the Second World War, a vicar was established in 1967, which was elevated to an independent parish of St. John the Baptist in 1974. On 24 June 2012, however, this was abolished by archiepiscopal decree on 1 January 2013 and returned to the mother parish of St. Clemens.
