St. Clemens est une église paroissiale catholique située à Rheda, en Rhénanie-du-Nord-Westphalie, en Allemagne. L’église et la paroisse appartiennent à l’association pastorale Rheda-Herzebrock-Clarholz dans l’archidiocèse de Paderborn.
Lorsque la paroisse s’est considérablement développée après la Seconde Guerre mondiale, un vicaire a été créé en 1967, qui a été élevé au rang de paroisse indépendante de Saint-Jean-Baptiste en 1974. Le 24 juin 2012, cependant, celle-ci a été supprimée par décret archiépiscopal du 1er janvier 2013 et retournée à la paroisse mère de St. Clemens.
