La iglesia de San Clemente es una iglesia parroquial católica en Rheda, en el oeste de Westfalia, Renania del Norte-Westfalia, Alemania. La iglesia y la comunidad pertenecen al conjunto pastoral Rheda-Herzebrock-Clarholz en la archidiócesis de Paderborn.
Cuando la comunidad creció inmensamente después de la Segunda Guerra Mundial, se estableció inicialmente una vicaría en 1967, que en 1974 fue elevada a la parroquia independiente de San Juan Bautista. Sin embargo, con fecha del 24 de junio de 2012, esta fue suprimida por decreto archiepiscopal a partir del 1 de enero de 2013 y reintegrada a la parroquia madre de San Clemente.
