La chiesa di San Clemente è una chiesa parrocchiale cattolica a Rheda, nella Germania della Vestfalia orientale, in Renania Settentrionale-Vestfalia. La chiesa e la comunità appartengono al consorzio pastorale Rheda-Herzebrock-Clarholz nell'arcidiocesi di Paderborn.
Quando la comunità crebbe enormemente dopo la Seconda Guerra Mondiale, nel 1967 fu inizialmente istituita una vicaria, che nel 1974 divenne una parrocchia indipendente di San Giovanni Battista. Tuttavia, con decreto arcivescovile del 24 giugno 2012, questa fu soppressa e riannessa alla parrocchia madre di San Clemente a partire dal 1° gennaio 2013.
