The Catholic branch church of Our Lady on the Mountain in Füssen in the district of Ostallgäu in Bavaria was originally built in the Middle Ages and redesigned in 1682. The church is a protected monument.
The church was probably built in the fourteenth century as a chapel and cemetery for the lepers' house in Füssen established around the year 1300. The house located on the other side of the Tiroler Straße was demolished in 1968 to widen the road. In 1682/83, the church was newly constructed by the Wessobrunn master builder Johann Schmuzer, and the consecration of the new building took place in 1685.
