The Brauerei-Museum Felsenkeller is a museum and brewery in Montjoie, North Rhine-Westphalia.In 1847, the brewer Wilhelm Braun bought the "Grüneburg" and expanded the existing brewery with a bed and breakfast and an open bowling alley. His son Albert took over the brewery in 1897. He created nine ponds for the production of ice in the Kleine Laufenbach. The natural ice brought in in winter is used to cool the beer stored in the cellars throughout the summer. The third generation, Clemens Braun, gave the brewery the name "Felsenkeller-Brauerei" in 1924 and instead of the previously brewed dark and unfiltered beer, a beer based on the style of pilsner, the "Felsquell Pils", was brewed. In 1972, his son Willem took over the brewery from the fourth generation. In 1986, he brewed a beer again in the style of his ancestors, the unfiltered, cloudy yeasty, black and bottom-fermented Zwickelbier as a beer specialty.
