The nature reserve Biotopverbund Welsengraben is located in the areas of the towns of Zehdenick and Gransee in the Oberhavel district in Brandenburg.
The area with the identification number 1169 was placed under nature protection by ordinance on May 24, 2004. The nature reserve, which covers about 292 hectares, extends east of the core city of Gransee. The B 96 runs to the west and the state road L 22 to the south. The Geronsee extends to the west.
