Bündorf Castle, also known as Bündorf Manor, is a listed building in the district of Bündorf in the municipality of Schkopau in the Saalekreis district in Saxony-Anhalt, Germany. In the local register of monuments, the castle is listed as an architectural monument under the registration number 094 20404. It stands in the Street of Peace.
Today's Bündorf Castle was built by Ludwig Adolph Freiherr von Zech in 1764 by Johann Samuel Löhnitz from Merseburg. It was built on the site of an early medieval moated castle in the northwestern area of the Schkopau slag heap, an artificial hill in the swamp lowlands of the Laucha. Research has shown that there was already a fortified fortification here before the turn of the first millennium.
