The Hatecke Shipyard is a yacht and boat yard founded in 1861 in Freiburg/Elbe, whose most famous products are the Börteboote.
The largest boats built at the shipyard were four ewers with a tonnage of up to 80 tons. Since the 1960s, sailing and motor yachts up to a length of 20 metres have been built. Traditional ships such as a schooner were also built of wood during this time.
