After starting in Plettenberg, it is important to climb the steep slope to Windhausen. This is followed by the most difficult ascent to Sonneborn with over 200 meters of altitude gain. At the end of the descent behind Heggen, the climb to Dünschede awaits, before the tour continues undulating for the next kilometers. After the "Pass von Apollmicke," there is a short visit to the Biggesee. With some ups and downs around Drolshagen, we are now greeted by the Listersee. A long descent to Plettenberg concludes this challenging round.
