A set of various buildings that contain the old part of the original mill and expansions from later centuries. The mill is one of the best-preserved among those that were powered by water in this area. It is generally used for grinding wheat.
The origin of the Constantí mill dates back to the late 14th century; however, it has undergone various expansions over time. It was owned by the archbishopric until 1688, after which it was considered property of the town of Constantí, with different tenants. At the end of the 19th century, the building was widened on the north side, and an oil mill was located, which later served to grind sulfur; instead of using hydraulic energy, mules were used to move the mill.
