The village of Gerardmer is located at 750 meters in the Vosges. The authentic village is a cozy place, where all the shops are open until early evening. The village is situated by the lake of the same name, thus located in the Vosges. This northern, wooded area is visited annually by many Dutch people. In winter, the village undergoes a true transformation into a winter sports resort, where mainly beginners can find their way around easily.
