This street located in the Nancy Thermal district near the Ecole de Nancy Museum and Sainte-Marie Park was mainly developed between 1903 and 1913 and reflects the architecture and urbanism of this period. Beautiful colourful houses with a naturalist decor by the architect and promoter César Pain give a certain charm to this street. They were intended more for the middle class. The architect Emile André also built there the residence of n°36 which reminds us of his construction in the park of Saurupt: the villa Les glycines.
