Eiffel bridge at Cubzac les Ponts : This road bridge was built by Gustave Eiffel between 1879 and 1883 on the base of an earlier suspension bridge (1839-1869) carried away in a storm. It was destroyed during World War II and then rebuilt by this grandson. The access ramps are built on arcades of stone that, seen from below, resemble a gothic cathedral. Free access from the port year-round.
In formation from 05 57 43 64 80.
