The chapel is perched on the eastern edge of the Chemin de la Creuse, about 100 meters from the intersection with the Chemin de la Mexel and the Chemin des Bas-Rupts.
This small chapel consists of a porch dominated by a cross bearing the dedication "N-D de la Creuse", then a choir in a rounded apse, closed by a door.
Inside, there is an altar with a statue of the Virgin and Child Our Lady of Creuse.
At the side of the road there is a small fountain whose water is said to cure eye ailments. It bears the inscription: "N.D. de la Creuse à l'Ave du pèlerin sois sensible et l'âme heureuse il poursuivra son chemin".
