Dordogne, Green Périgord, Brantôme (the « Venice of the Périgord » according to Raymond Poincaré), three names which cannot be a matter of indifference to fine gourmets. For this reason and also to diversify the activities of the farm inherited from our parents we have decided in 1988 to launch into the fattening of ducks and the making of farm canned food. To this end, we drew our inspiration directly from the methods of the “elders” and while we rigorously respect them (especially the fattening with corn), we are always trying to offer our guests the best value for money. 2 minutes from Brantôme. Specialties: foie gras, stuffed duck legs, magret with onion jam. Terrace. Farm products shop.
