Carlos pays homage to the Basque Country by highlighting local, fresh and seasonal products.
You can taste the ham or the pluma of 100% Black Bellota pork, the risotto with squid and prawns, sheep's cheese or the mini tarte tatin with apricots, peaches and figs flavored with rosemary.
To Carlos we come alone to read a magazine or discover one of the books in the library sitting on the steps at coffee time. With friends, to redo the world around a game of backgammon while sipping a homemade smoothie. As a family, to enjoy the panorama and the serene atmosphere of the place. From the steps, after the beach, you watch the passage of time, the surfers, the faces of the coast.
At the end of the day, the Carlos comes to life and prepares for the emotions of a sunset. Then, at night, make way for music.
