Conserverie Lamigeon

A. Lamigeon is a traditional cannery founded in 1945. Lamigeon cannery is located on the Cathedral square in Bazas in Gironde, the capital of the Bazadais region at the gateway to the Sauternes region, an important place of culture and tradition. The canning factory, located in a bourgeois house dating from the 17th century, combines modernity and tradition.
Manufactured with care in an EEC-approved laboratory, the A. Lamigeon preserves are the rediscovered memory of the gourmet products of our region.
Our range offers traditional recipes from the southwest: duck or goose foie gras, duck or pork confit, chicken confit, authentic country pâtés or more refined pâtés with Sauternes wine, dove salmis, daube bazadaise, cassoulet, black pudding and some other forgotten products.
