The house is located between the Chastang and Sablier dams, transforming the Dordogne into a very large body of water. Access to the house is via a small woodland path. Peace and quiet assured. No direct neighbors. 4.000 m² of land bordered by the river. A pontoon with ladder is available for refreshing in the Dordogne, as well as 2 kayaks. A fisherman's paradise. Fishing rods are also available.
Out of high season and school vacations, weekend rentals available.
