It is listed in the inventory of historical monuments.
Originally, the Mennonites buried their dead in their gardens. Those of Salm chose a land from the 19th century to receive the burials, the location of which is now marked by stelae with particular shapes and decorations, a simple engraved heart. Contrary to that of Bourg-Bruche, this cemetery is no longer in use
It is located on private property, not accessible to the public. It is generally open to the public on Heritage Days in September.
