Brasserie DS

We are Paul and Benoit-Pierre (BP), two long-time friends with a shared passion for the world of beer in all its variations. We were fascinated by the search for new flavors, smells and colors. The result was a desire to make our own beer. From that first brew, we discovered a world far richer than we had imagined. Beer offers a rich array of tastes, flavors and sensations. That's how we decided to embark on this project.

For almost 3 years now, we have been brewing our beer in the spirit of the "Craftbeer" movement, the art of making your own beer.

Brasserie DS wants to set itself apart from the big brands by working with local producers to bring you new flavors, beers with passion fruit or clove aromas.

Our aim is to renew our range throughout the year, offering seasonal beers, from blondes to IPAs, as well as characterful browns, ideal for picnics with friends or aperitifs by the fireplace.
