Few tables can boast of having inspired a novel. However, this is the case of this lunch, which even gave its name to Pierre Benoit's book (Le déjeuner de Sousceyrac in 1931).
Patrick Lagnès works with passion with local products. Original, the foie gras fried with cockles, as well as the duckling glazed with chestnut tree honey; irresistible, quite simply, the creamy apricot and crispy chocolate!
