The Moulin du Rat is located in the commune of Peyrelevade. It is in fact a Siamese mill, consisting of two mills, each with its own water inlet, separated by a stone partition. One produced flour, the other hemp. Today, the mill is in a state of ruin, but it has been consolidated to halt decay and make it possible to visit it.
