Ancien café-guinguette "Le Robinson" et sa traditionnelle "Balade aux oeufs durs et aux pissenlits"

Until 1960, this restaurant was the host of the very old Souchean country festival "La Balade aux oeufs dur et aux pissenlits" where the farmer’s eggs are cooked and cleaned the previous day’s harvest collected by the elders in the meadows and the banks of the Lambon River, favoring those pushed on the moles because it "gave them a beautiful whiteness". Before and since the end of the 19th century, dinner was held in inns and dancing in barns. The "Robinson" closes four years later.
The Souchéen comes for the "Ash Wednesday", first Wednesday of Lent (time of fasting), bury "Mardi Gras". On D-Day, the shops and workshops are closed, children in disguise, a wooden horse-drawn carousel, a torchlight retreat and a ball organized in the evening.
Resumed in 1979, it is victim of its success and moved in 1994 to Noron.
