Located in the heart of the Ardennes, between Stonne and Tannay, at the foot of Mount Boson, in an immense clearing, stand the remains of a monastic complex which was one of the most beautiful and imposing in Europe. Founded in the 12th century, its priories (ponds, land, woods, farms, etc.) extended to about forty surrounding villages.
