Description

The decoration of the restaurant is a real success from the first glance: urban-industrial look mixing wood, metal, glass, low lamps, in a very warm atmosphere. On the nose too, the restaurant is promising: you can perceive perfumes of cassoulet, regional cuisine but also the freshness of the salads. On the palate, the most discerning will also be spoiled, since in the second room, a wine cellar offering some of the great vintages of Languedoc is enthroned. The cassoulet that made the reputation of this member of the Grande Confrérie du Cassoulet is also on offer
In the summer, an Andalusian patio will allow you to eat on the terrace in a cosy atmosphere.
