Transhumance & cie located in Bedous in the Aspe valley. Our menus and menu are essentially inspired by the culinary heritage of the Bearn region and the work of the local breeders and producers. The garbure is every day in the menu. Dishes in sauce simmered in a wood-fired oven, meats grilled over a wood fire, roasted in the fireplace, farm cheeses in raclette or melted over the embers... The desserts also include traditional Béarn specialties or our specialties: milhassou, Aspe cake, our crumble "Brigalha", and from February to August the ewe's milk cheese and even summer cheese from the end of June to mid-August. In our house you will be able to taste farm ice creams! We welcome large families and groups to celebrate the big events and small occasions of your lives. Adishatz e a bèthlèu!
