The Planterose farm is located at Lourdios-Ichère in the Aspe valley. We raise black Gascon pigs in the open air, surrounded by oak, chestnut, meadow and moorland. We transform all our products (GMO-free, with no nitrite salts or other inputs) into fresh meats, charcuterie and cured meats. Planterose also offers walks in the company of our Pyrenean goats and our mares Calinka and Gandara. All wisely guarded by our dog Seberry and the Layens mountain.
