A little background:
This small family business owns a 3ha farm for oyster refining. Mr. Fauchier, originally from Talais, has relocated since 2013 with his wife to the Baluard marshes. The breeding of their oysters takes place at Le Ferret in their company and it is therefore oysters from the basin which are refined in the Talais' clearings
Oyster sales are also held on Sunday mornings in front of the Leclerc du Verdon and on the bench at the Market crossroads with deliveries on Tuesdays and Thursdays
