Weiss has been a French chocolate factory since 1882.
Created by Eugène Weiss in Saint-Etienne, the House of Weiss has been making its chocolates, pralines and confectionery for 137 years, for all gourmet consumers and professionals in the gastronomic professions throughout the world.
In 2014, its craftsmanship was rewarded with the state label "Entreprise du Patrimoine Vivant" (Living Heritage Company).
