Description

We give priority to French and North-East Atlantic fish, line-caught and caught by small-scale fishermen.
We offer whole fish and seasonal fillets, delicatessen products (terrines, smoked salmon, seafood salads, etc.), shellfish (oysters, mussels, scallops, etc.) and all types of shellfish (Label Rouge Madagascar prawns, raw king prawns, grey shrimps, etc.).
We prepare barbecued kebabs for the summer months, and seafood platters made to order!

Our shop truck is present every morning on the markets of :
- Thursday at Ancy-le-Franc
- Friday at Aignay-le-Duc
- Saturday at Châtillon-sur-Seine
- Sunday at Semur-en-Auxois
