The third stage is Meyrueis- Les Vignes (112 km) with many highlights:
- the climb to Abîme de Bramabiau (a waterfall, there are also caves nearby), via the Col de Montjardin. Unfortunately, the waterfall is not accessible by a paved road.
- Gorges of Trêvezel on sometimes very narrow roads,
- Gorges de la Dourbie,
- Ascent to the Causse Noir (one of the high plains of the Cevennes, where there is a lot of game (roe deer),
Note: the Route Communale 2 (C2) from La Roque Sainte-Marguerite to the Causse Noir has been closed since April 29, 2019 (otherwise take the D41)
- descent into the valley of the Jonte,
- through the Jonte valley with the magnificent Gorges de La Jonte,
- ascent of Hures-La-Parade with breathtaking views of the rocky gorges of the Jonte. This ascent can be skipped, so you can go through the Gorges de la Jonte
pedal to the Gorges du Tarn (south entrance) without significant climbs.
- the passage on the Causse Méjan (yet another plateau),
- descent to the Tarn on a road with many hairpin bends (called Les lacets de la Malène),
- the passage through the magnificent Gorges du Tarn.

We spend the night at the Hotel Le Parisien in Les Vignes.
