Castle Garden Oud-Valkenburg

In the botanical park area there is plenty of room for native flora. About four hundred plant species that are typical of the flora of South Limburg have been collected there. In addition, old field crops and vegetables have been planted. In a beautifully landscaped herb garden, you can also enjoy the scents and colours of numerous medicinal and culinary herbs. There is also animal life to see. The waterhole is teeming with water snails, salamanders and green frogs. Bees fly back and forth, especially around beekeeping. Near the garden is also the water mill Sjloens Meule, which can also be visited.

Monday to Sunday from 10:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. (April 26 to October 4)
Admission: adults 3 euros; seniors 2 1/2 euros; Children up to 16 years : 1 euro
