This church at the Sint Agnesplein in Bunde was built in 1959 under the direction of architects Jozef Fanchamps and Jos van der Pluym. The church was consecrated in 1960. The stained glass windows were created by the Bundense artist Daan Wildschut.
In front of the main entrance of the church stands the statue 'Saint Agnes', made of black stone by artist Rob Stultjens.
