The destination of this route is Grenspark Kempen-Broek, a cross-border landscape with various nature reserves.

You cycle from Asten-Heusden along the Groote Peel to Ospel, Nederweert-Eind, Schoor, and Weert. After that, you cycle to Swartbroek and pass through the border park on often quiet roads (in the Itterbeek valley, along the Zuid-Willemsvaart, and through the forest reserve Jagersborg closed to motor traffic), through beautiful cultural landscape around Molenbeersel and through and alongside various nature reserves:

Via Sluis 13 and Someren-Eind, you cycle back to Asten-Heusden.
Five times, you need to cross busier main roads: the N280 near Intratuin Weert, the N73 east of Kinrooi, the N762 (Kinrooi-Maaseik), the N757 Neeroeteren-Kinrooi, and once again the N73 west of Kinrooi.
