The Postomia is a left tributary of the Warta in the Polish Voivodeship of Lubusz. It originates in Lake Postomia near Wędrzyn and flows through Sulęcin and further in a north-northeast direction to Krzeszyce, where it reaches the Warta marsh. There it takes in the Bema Canal and continues to flow parallel to the Warta in a westward direction, passing through Słońsk and reaching the Warta Mouth National Park, until it flows into the Warta in the area of Kostrzyn nad Odrą, just before the Warta itself flows into the Oder. The length of the stream is 67 km; the catchment area is reported to be 425 km².
