El castillo de Franchimont, que fue construido en el siglo XVI sobre un promontorio rocoso que domina el valle de Hoegne y que fue la residencia del Príncipe Obispo de Lieja, tiene impresionantes ruinas que valen la pena visitar. Allí se puede ver una capilla, una torre de letrinas, un horno de pan y un pozo de más de 60 metros de profundidad, pero lo más espectacular es el conjunto de bunkers con las escaleras subterráneas.
