Le château de Franchimont, construit au 16ème siècle sur un éperon rocheux dominant la vallée de Hoegne, et qui était la résidence du Prince-Évêque de Liège, possède des ruines impressionnantes qui méritent une visite. Vous pouvez y voir une chapelle, une tour de latrines, un four à pain et un puits de plus de 60 mètres de profondeur, mais le plus spectaculaire est l'ensemble de bunkers avec les escaliers souterrains.
