Este bloque contiene 30 apartamentos y lleva el nombre de la piscina al aire libre (ver foto de antaño) que se encontraba aquí hasta 1986, la llamada 'Lac Aux Dames'.
En 1935 se construyó la piscina con agua de mar, la primera en su tipo en la costa, bajo el impulso del entonces campeón de natación Martial van Schelle. Durante la Segunda Guerra Mundial, este empresario y deportista fue ejecutado en el Fuerte de Breendonk.
El complejo de la piscina y restaurante fue gravemente dañado durante esta guerra y en 1986 se decidió demolerlo por completo. Los apartamentos con el mismo nombre permanecieron en pie... Son un diseño del arquitecto Maurice De Nève de 1953.
