Questo blocco contiene 30 appartamenti ed è intitolato alla piscina all'aperto (vedi foto d'epoca) che si trovava qui fino al 1986, il cosiddetto 'Lac Aux Dames'.
Nel 1935 fu costruita la piscina con acqua di mare, la prima del suo genere sulla costa, sotto l'impulso del campione di nuoto dell'epoca Martial van Schelle. Durante la Seconda Guerra Mondiale, questo sportivo e uomo d'affari fu giustiziato nel Forte di Breendonk.
Il complesso piscina e ristorante fu gravemente danneggiato durante questa guerra e nel 1986 si decise di demolirlo completamente. Gli appartamenti con lo stesso nome sono rimasti in piedi... Sono un progetto dell'architetto Maurice De Nève del 1953.
