Tipos de queso: Queso blando y queso de corteza lavada
Joseph Colyn comenzó en 1983 con la producción de queso Herve, junto con su esposa Simone. Ahora
producen junto con sus dos hijos Stéphane y Jean-Christophe anualmente aproximadamente 20,000 piezas de queso Herve suave o picante, pero también mantequilla y otros productos lácteos. ¿El orgullo de la familia? Un queso blando y queso de corteza lavada, madurado en la granja durante 4 a 6 semanas.
Visita: no
Venta: en el lugar, de miércoles a viernes de 9 a 17 h, y sábado de 9 a 12:30 h, en la
oficina de turismo del País de Herve y a través de dos mayoristas, Real (en Battice) y Camal (en Barchon)
