Kaastyp(en) : Zachte kaas en gewassen korstkaas
Joseph Colyn begon in 1983 met de productie van Hervekaas, samen met zijn echtgenote Simone. Nu
produceren zij samen met hun twee zoons Stéphane en Jean-Christophe jaarlijks ongeveer 20.000 stuks milde of pikante Hervekaas, maar ook boter en andere zuivelproducten. De trots van de familie? Een zachte kaas en gewassen korstkaas, in 4 tot 6 weken op de boerderij gerijpt.

Verkoop: ter plaatse, woensdag t/m vrijdag van 9 tot 17 u, en zaterdag van 9 tot 12.30 u, in het
vvv-kantoor van het Land van Herve en via twee groothandelaars, Real (in Battice) en Camal (in Barchon)
