Lotenhulle es un lugar en la provincia belga de Flandes Oriental. Es una subdivisión de Aalter desde las fusiones de 1977. Tiene una superficie de 1766 ha y cuenta con 2249 habitantes (al 01/01/2004).
El nombre tiene un origen francón. Lo proviene de lauha, que significa "pequeña zona boscosa" y hulle proviene de hulja, que significa "suelo arenoso o pendiente". Para diferenciarlo de Lochristi, que originalmente también se llamaba Lo, se añadió -ten-Hulle al nombre.
