Lotenhulle è un comune nella provincia belga di Fiandra Orientale. È una frazione di Aalter dal 1977, anno delle fusioni. Ha una superficie di 1766 ha e conta 2249 abitanti (al 01/01/2004).
Il nome ha un'origine franca. Lo deriva da lauha, che significa "piccola zona boschiva", e hulle viene da hulja, che significa "terreno sabbioso o pendio". Per distinguerlo da Lochristi, che originariamente si chiamava anch'esso Lo, è stato aggiunto -ten-Hulle al nome.
